This uses a Baysian inference system to identify hardware support problems. One of the systems they were evaluating is called MetaFAQ designed by a friend of mine.

The support question correctly matched my query with a known faulty issue with their fans. I was redirected to fill in my details and a guy autorised sending me a new one.</description>
